The first qualities that Adrian exemplified were patience and knowledge. Initially, we had to go through a series of hurdles while preparing for the sale of the house, including the added complexities of COVID. Adrian was always positive, made time for us whenever we needed it, and made us feel like we were a priority to him. He advised us on all aspects such as schedule, appraisers, and coordinated conversations with a host of third parties. Adrian really helped us start off in the right direction.
Next it was Adrian's resourcefulness and support that were on display. Preparing the house for sale felt like an insurmountable task. Adrian facilitated the process by offering an array of services to us. He coordinated and executed our desire to have items donated to various charities. He met organizations at the house to coordinate pick-up and delivered the rest himself. He was able to make small repairs which saved us both time and money. Cleaning and other pre-sale activities were arranged by him. No detail was too small for Adrian. Rather than having to hire a staging company, he determined what existing pieces could be used for showings and arranged to have everything else cleared (and then cleared those last pieces after the sale). Any time we worried about anything, Adrian made it his job to alleviate our concern.
For the final stages, it was Adrian's market expertise that we appreciated. He gave us a few different options and strategies for selling the house, not just the traditional approach. He gave us insight as to how we should proceed at every step. This last stage was really the most stressful. Adrian reassured us throughout the process and we accepted an offer feeling comfortable with our decision.
